WAGGY WALKS

Terms and Conditions......

All clients will be deemed to have accepted Waggy Walks terms and conditions (as laid out here) on signature of the contract.

All dogs being walked will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialised.

Dogs in group walks must be sociable with other dogs, if a dog does have problems solo walks will be offered.

All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached with Waggy Walks and a disclaimer form has been signed.

Waggy Walks reserve the right to cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms, strong winds) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.

Waggy Walks reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker.

The client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Waggy Walks.

Dogs should be up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment. If your pets have any medical conditions you must inform me at the initial consultation.

Unwell dogs (ie, sickness, kennel cough) or dogs with an obvious flea problem will not be walked.

You must let me know of any behavioural problems, allergies or dislikes the dog has at the initial consultation.

Dogs can get dirty on walks, I will attempt to dry or wipe mud etc of your dogs but can't guarantee they will be as clean as you left them. If dogs need drying or cleaning this will be taken from your dogs walking time.

I'm insured to walk 6 dogs at one time but group walks will rarely include more than 4 dogs.

Bitches in season will not be accepted for Group walking.

Waggy Walks will care for your pets as you would, and whilst every effort will be made to ensure your pets are well looked after, Waggy Walks cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.

All dogs must wear an identity tag, if you do not have one I can provide one with my details.

Cancellation. I require 12 hours notice for any cancellations when possible.

Payments for dog walking or pet sitting are to be paid daily or weekly either by cash or cheque.

For pet sitting while you are away, I ask for a 50 % deposit to confirm your booking with the remainder to be paid on your return.
